Pressure

Pressure

She walked in at noon
And prayed she was dreaming
She walked to her room
Down her face tears were streaming

She talked to herself
Delirious in tears
She cried to herself
Of her biggest fears

She fell to the floor
Not emotionally conscious
She stayed on the floor
Drowning in sadness

She couldn't take the pressure
And she couldn't feel the pain
And she would never again have the pleasure
Of dancing in the rain

She was gone by three
Up away in the sky
And no one could see
Why she let herself die
