If I Had The World

by Jamica   Jan 31, 2007

In a dream I had last night,
the voices told of the coming fight.
They echoed from the depths of hell,
A story told but I couldn't tell.

If I had the world or the world to give,
I'd find us a valley where we both could live.
A valley so deep, a valley so green,
without any worries or nothing that's mean.
I'd build us a house along side a spring,
turn our heads to the hills and hear the birds sing.
I'd open my heart and give it to you.
That's just one of the things that I would do.

Well, I don't have the world or
the world to give.
No valley I have where we both could live.
I guess what I'm saying it can be quite true,
I have nothing to give
except my love to you.
