The Rewind

by Todd   Feb 3, 2007

Well in a moment
I'll have become older
Pondering that proper usage of my time
You know a casual glance is not a crime
The mind wanders as the heart smolders

It's obvious now that I'm in a bind
I've seen this technicolor flick ten times
A peculiar feeling's been traversing my spine
Someone hit the rewind

Well I've had my retinas burned
Yes the word is fervor
So far I've been so inclined
To gaze myself blind
In only Vista-Vision you're bolder

It's obvious now that I'm in a bind
I've seen this technicolor flick ten times
A peculiar feeling's been traversing my spine
Someone hit the rewind

If I could pull this
From the paper
I might have words to
Describe my situation
It seems that I'm trapped in this inclination
I could say you strike me right or
In only Vista-Vision you're bolder

Nice rhythm to it. Different, don't understand the 1.
