Celibacy

by Amanda   Feb 5, 2007

She will never be used
the way she has been used in the pass
Another finger will not dwell upon her lovely skin
No more lusting over men who do not want her-emotionally
She will follow the Lord's words and become pure
All over again, she will be pure

She will not continue to sleep with men who see her
as another piece of meat
She will not let it become the third guy
be a source to her self-esteem

No more waiting for love
No more hunger for a man God has not bought forth
She will wait for true love to find its path
For if the man loves her he shall wait
No more having sex out of wedlock

She will follow the rules printed on ancient paper
She will do what was said to do-
She will stay celibate
until marriage
Her words I put faith in
For she is me
