Soon my tears will dry
and i will gain back my pride
soon this heartache will heal
and i will move on and deal

soon i will be able to look at you
right into your eyes
soon I'll be able to smile again
and say you're just a guy

soon you will see
that we were meant to be
soon you will come running
come running back to me
