The Snow Is Cold

by Rafael   Feb 8, 2007

Cold wind is blowing
Playing and throwing
Those poor snow-flakes
However it wants

It is cold without you
Can't help it, whatever I do
Destroyed by this gentle wind
Can't help it, whatever I bind

I want Your loving arms
Protecting me from those swarms
Of snow-flakes, freely wild
And though a single is mild

Two, or more, become stronger
They can last longer
In this not easy world of lies
Of darkness, death and cries

I am looking through the window
Watching the snow play around
I am thinking of a kiss
Watching snow-flakes fall on the ground
