Save Mother Earth!

by Rafael   Feb 11, 2007

As we humans
Created those skyscrapers and metal bugs
We didn't know one thing
That slowly we are becoming thugs

Wounding our mother Earth deeply
Straight in her hot flaming heart
So many times did we make her cry
Now repaying should we soon start!

Whenever You see a dying animal
Your little brother kicking about
Help it, take to the vet
If it had mouth, it would only shout

Whenever You say, that all we are equal
But then wolf at what they propose
Remember yourself, divide equally
Otherwise to revolution it will be close

Whenever we cut one tree down
And hear it almighty fall on the soil
We shall grow a new one
We must help the nature recoil

If we don't act, if we are cowards
We'll betray our Mother
The one that fed us for ages
The one, whose energy we still gather

One day the power will set itself free
It will destroy the land we were entrusted
It will have no mercy, just like us
When we all of her goods lusted
