Memories

I can still remember the sweet smell of your perfume
How it filled the air when you walked into the bedroom
I can still remember the glow in your eyes
How they would sparkle when I'd give you a surprise
I can still remember the softness of your hair
How it would shine and curl around your ear
But now you're gone and I'm living in misery
And all I have left of you is only your memory

I can still remember the first time we met
That is a day that I will never forget
I can still remember the first words that you said
Oh, how those thoughts still linger in my head
I can still remember remember the clothes you wore that day
And all your favorite games that you like to play
but now you're gone and I"m living in misery
And all I have left of yo is only your memory

I can still remember our walks in the park
Late at night kissing in the dark
I can still remember our favorite song
Dancing under the moonlight all night long
I can still remember the beauty of you face
The beating of your heart when I held you in a tight embrace
But now you're gone and I'm living in misery
And all I have left of you is only your memory

I can still remember our very first date
How you were upset cause I was a bit late
I can still remember the places we used to go
How we danced to the music real nice and slow
I can still remember the passionate love we made
And the need for each other never seemed to fade
But now you're gone and I'm Living in misery
And all I have left of yo is only your memory

I can still remember the things that made you cry
Like a sad love song or a last goodbye
I can still remember the words you would say
Please darling, don't you ever go away
And I would hold you in my arms till you fell asleep
In my heart those precious moments I will forever keep
But now you're gone and I'm living in misery
And all i have left of you is only your memory.
