My eyes are brimmed with tears

I feel so alone

I look up at the starry night

and wonder if its going to be alright

My heart is torn

Yelling, crying, hating, blaming

My life displayed like a freaking bad tragedy

bleeding inside, lying to hide

saying every thing's alright,

but it's spiraling downward in spite

Into my retched demise

A place so fed up with the lies

It doesn't care if I'm alive or dead

I walk on to face my fears

On the hot coals that burns my soul

Grinding my teeth, show no weakness

Keep moving on soldier, carry the burden

Just don't let them win
