An angel sings her woeful song
Reminiscing what went wrong
Wandering..... barren soul
Ruefulness has taken toll

Alone so long and she'll remain
Still searching for love although in vain
Lullaby...... she chokes on tears
A shame to have wasted all these years

All she desired was a companion true
To share and see life's journey through
Anguished angel, efforts only futile
Realization - a lonely heart is brutal...
