Psychiatric Hospital White Washed Walls

[Psychiatric Hospital] White Washed Walls

Dragged into a corridor, walls of white surround
Pale blue floors and closed cream doors
Is all that can be found.
Battered blinds and no natural light
Shade me from the truth
I kick my legs and scream and fight
To save my stolen youth
A boxed room awaits, no pictures on the wall
An empty bed stands bare
My things are taken away, removed from my skin
I scream that it/s not fair
The door slams closed and I am left alone
Still the tears don/t come
Feeling so stupid and so betrayed
This I should have known
Unable to sleep, a sympathy of cries sings in the distance
Still my voice goes unheard
A feeling of complete numbness to life
My eyesight becomes blurred
Why did they put me here?
Do they really hate me that much?
A shattered building of death and fear
Why did they loose touch?
Trapped inside, there/s no way out
I begin to panic
I kick and punch, scream and shout
And nurses rush in fast
I bang my head against the wall with frustration
In here ill never last.
