You earned some degree of respect
The kind no one could really expect

Family and friends so close to your heart
Never allowing them to grow apart

Mentally and physically, unbelieavably strong
The ending for you was definately wrong

But, to be confined to a chair
Last thing you wanted and certainly not fair

Happy and proud is how you lived life
Now may you be with your brother and your wife
