Valentine's Day - a year later

Before you know it
A year has passed
How has it gone
So swiftly, so fast?

I wonder what could have been
Now where's our past?
It can't be seen

Never again to be found
I love this day
I'm finally unbound

From the clutches of pain
I've now the freedom
To love again

How simple how sweet
I'll find him one day
My true love to keep

Of candles and wines
