Longing for your love

I miss you so much
i long for your touch
with you by my side
only in you can i confide

sleepless nights
remembering our silly fights
wondering if it just might
eventually turn out alright

you were just a dream
that became a reality
but life without you
seems to be a formality

i can never deny
the love that exists still for you
could i ever take you back
asking my self over and over what to do.

i wish just once
you will be honest with me
were you truly in love with me
or were you just using me.

a month has passed us bye
and i still sit and wander why
did you take your love away
or will you want me back one day

your love is all i need
to get me bye
to wipe away the tears
that i endlessly cry.

i want you to know
that i love you so
should i hang on to our dream
or should i just respectfully let you go
