A Hint Of Madness

by sam   Feb 17, 2007

A Gun, A Blade, A Arrow to the heart.
All seem painless now.
Nothing to regret and nothing to worry about.
A broken life and a broken heart.

It seems you like seeing me like this, as you walk away with that look in your eyes.
The walls protecting my existence cave in as your words collide with them.

A flash of memory, a time once loved.
Not a shred of regret in that hole you call a heart.
Iron bars fall around me, a loved ones attempt to stop my depression

A wasted effort, the bars are bent, the prescription wrote.
A single bullet to who does it belong?
The last tear falls, I'm done with you...
