Rambling from a Starving Induced Mind

by Beatriz Zamora   Feb 19, 2007

53 hours with no food
dead and dying
love diet coke
weird stares and trembling hands
can't think, can't speak
food on the horizon
almost there, almost there
keep pushing, keep burning
no time to be average
so don't conform to average weight
chew gum with moderation
meal of coffee, cough drop for dessert
can't think, can't speak
almost there, almost there
hipbones dig into the ground
size 0 here I come
no energy to wipe my mouth
got to run the fat out
my eyelids droop
keep pushing, keep burning
almost there, almost there
vogue in my bag
pull it out, feel the envy
grumble in my stomach
it's Ana thriving
my beautiful disease
my dirty little secret
my nasty eating problem
my glorious salvation
10 hours left
dead and dying
almost there, almost there
