Dead Men Speak

by NytherHerenorTher The hooded poet   Feb 22, 2007

They have left their mark in the fabric of life,
they have set their bar in the air
As the wind doth come and go,
so have they

But if you listen closely, and let your mind
so see,
you will here the knowledge that they did heed

Walk the paths of wisdom, course the halls of
time, meander the ways of the pure, drift through their minds

Gaze upon their legacy, even though they're
gone,
interpret their deepest thoughts, let their song
live on

And every man has remained partly here, no the light of their soul shall never grow weak,
lest no one care to listen closer to the wind,
for,
dead men speak
