The Keeper

by Shanna   Feb 23, 2007

I shout to the keeper of my soul,
Let me go. Let me Go!
I tell the keeper of my tears,
Lock them up. Hide my fears.
I whisper to the keeper of my heart,
Let me love. Don't let me hurt
I say to the keeper of my pain,
Help me through the dark again.
I plead with the keeper of my sorrow,
Will there be a better tomorrow?
I ask the keeper of all of these,
How long must I plead on my knees?

This is yet again, another good poem, and I am sorry if I come off as defensive, haven't had the best luck with people in my life.
