Forever came to soon

Best of friends until the end that is what we said
then one day he came around and now our friendships dead
Ive tried and tried to make it work but he seems to have control
cause if he wants to be with u theirs nowhere else you'll go
every time we make plans he has to come along
or he'll get pissed, then he wins b/c he is so strong
it makes me feel like u don't care about anyone but him
and your friends don't matter, we know we'll never win
it pisses me off how your life is centered completely on this kid
and how we never do any of the things that we once did
how he comes first no matter what,or how we beg or plead
and how u don't care that you are what your friends need
not your boyfriend not the pair just a night with their friend
but i guess forever came to soon, cause now we've lost our friend
