African woman

by GOLDEN   Feb 24, 2007

Every day when the city
starts to be busy,before
the sun fully rise
before the rays and arrows
of the sun penetrate dominantly,

i pass by your small house, seeing you
trying to clean up your small home,
that's the only time i see you...

looking at the colour of your skin.your
hair, your face,i see an African woman.
you prepare food before everybody come back from their respective dreamlands.

your outfit is full of African colours, the rainbow colours,
by the look in to your eyes, humbleness
and your facial expression i see the beauty of an African woman who is proud of
being African
