Dreaming You

by Daz Mellow   Feb 25, 2007

Every morning, Id wake up with a start.
Aware of the pain that was growing in my heart.
Every night Id have the same dream,
That in the end, turned into a dark nightmare.
It scared me to death, but it taught me something.
Now I know that no matter how loud I scream,
The weight wouldn't lift up.
No matter how long I cry,
You wouldn't see me to more than meets the eye.
And no matter what I do,
Ill never be good enough for you.
Cant get it pass my mind,
That Ive known you all this time,
Yet you don't know I exist,
Don't know you make me feel like this.
So I gotta move on,
And get it right through.
That even though I'm a shooting star,
You'll still be distant and far.
Cause in the end,
Ill always be dreaming you.
