I Thought You'd Be the One.

I thought you were my fairytale
My dream when I'm not sleeping.
Thought you'd be the only one
To stop my endless weeping.
But in my mind I guess
The truth I always knew.
Your love could never fix
A broken heart so blue.

So I depended on your touch
Attached me to your smile.
Forgot about the pain inside
At least for just awhile.
Then once again i took my role
As girl with broken heart.
The fairytale came to an end
My dream love torn apart.

Another man leaves my life
But this time there are no tears.
I've finally ran out of teardrops
From so much pain throughout the years.
I predict no one can fix a heart
Broken more than twice.
But I'm still praying for someone
To warm my heart now made of ice.

    Wow. Spectacular.
    It was amazing, yet truly heartbreaking to read. I hope it's not true. The flow was flawless, emotions were strong, and the word usage was great.
