Ambulance only a little too late...

by Miss Lovely   Feb 25, 2007

The world turns blurry...
...right in front of her eyes.
Her mind slipping away into the darkness.
All she can hear is her mothers screaming cries.
...the ambulance only a little too late...

She lays lifeless on the cement.
Her eyes drip with tears.
She's so confused.
She's worried. And overcome by fears.

Drenched in blood,
her father holds her.
Memories come flooding in at once.
And he knows nothing will be as they were.

With her lasts gasps of air,
she tells her family of her love for them.
She sobs her good-bye's
...knowing that this is her end.

She still clenched onto her father.
Her grip was slowly easing.
She managed to kiss her mother once more.
Her breath now wheezing.

Her parents kept telling her,
that everything would be ok.
But the pain was too much
Unfortunately she had seen her last day.
