WHAT I THOUGHT WOULD BE FOREVER

We have been through so much together,

That's why I call you my best friend,

I told you if we could get through that,

Then we could get through anything,

Our friendship had just started to begin,

But little did I know it would all soon end,

We said we would stay friends through thick and thin,

But things for us really started to bend,

I told you I would always be there no matter what,

As I meant what I said I could take this back not,

For you i just couldnt do a whole lot,

Some of the best things I learned in life you had taught,

I'm simply one of your creations,

Or maybe it's all just my imagination,

You made me without exaggeration,

It all happened so fast without notification,

I thought we would be best friends for forever,

As everything for us started to become less simpler,

All the things in our life became much clearer,

What I thought would be forever is suddenly never.
