My Sister

by Bobbi   Feb 28, 2007

If only our society
Wasn't judgemental and cruel

Everytime I stand up for her rights
I wouldn't be called a fool

But she's different, which they fear
When Americans fear, they react

And because she can't communicate well
She's powerless to strike back

I've had to see her, far too many times
Lose the acceptance that she never had

I wrote this last year in English class... not my best, but i hope you like it.
