Will I drown?

Tears fall crushing all known in my life filling my life like the sea all alone waves go over my head I choke why is it so hard to stay up as if my shoes are full of lead my body grows weak all around me nothingness could anyone live like this maybe so, but for how long. Each half breath brings me closer to my end no one can see or hear me as I yell with my last breath for help will anyone save me, I start to sink, will anyone pull me up, will I drown in sorrow. Will anyone hear me. Does anyone even know. I really do not think so, but its you who can hear the cries, I did all I could now its up to you. So will you save me?
