Excuse me Miss (part one)

by Scott Clarke   Mar 1, 2007

Excuse me miss, but I think I died and went to heaven.

Now I'm in heaven with the most beautiful girl,
This is too good for heaven,
I must be dreaming,

To be able to walk with her,
Talk to her,
Even touch her,

Will I ever awake from this dream?
I hope not.

I asked this girl out, and she said yes.

As I touch her skin, it's so soft,
I ran my hands over her smooth lips,
I move my hand to hold hers,
She leans forward too,

I look her in the eyes,
As I'm moving my face towards hers,
Nervous as I could be,
I kiss her gently on the lips, and then the neck.

Just then her phone rings, she has to be home in ten minutes!

She hops on the next bus,
Before she travels home I ask,
When could we meet up next?
She replied tomorrow morning.

Suits me I replied, anytime suits me to see my darling.

As the bus drove off I waved goodbye thinking,
Will I ever see her again?
Was she telling the truth?
Does she really love me?

I walk home feeling love all over,
So joyful and happy,
I get home and my phone rings,
It's the girl.
