Just A Pretty Face

When I look in the mirror
I see nothing new
Matted blond hair
And eyes crystal blue

So no one looks at me
In any special way
I try to ignore the pretty faces
As I go through the day

I know my face may not be pretty
I know I am no super model
But once in awhile, I feel kind of down
As I just look around

So I have learned to accept it
Even though it is tough
For I know I can make it
Even with all of this stuff

Be yourself
That's all you can do
If you love yourself as your are
Others will love you too.
