She's Beautiful All The Same.

by Willow   Mar 4, 2007

Looking in the mirror,
She See's a different girl.
Someone who's changed so much,
Just to keep living in this world.

She notices the difference in her eyes,
And the way her smile curves.
She doesn't seem to cry,
And hasn't changed the way she use's her words.

Her hair has started thinning,
But she doesn't let it bother her.
She is continually wishing,
That she can beat this breast cancer.

She is going to keep fighting,
And take everyday as it comes.
She is going to keep living,
Because she doesn't want to miss out on the fun.

She takes a last look at her reflection,
And knows she's beautiful all the same.
With this new girl, she has made a connection,
Because she has people to love her everyday.
