Its hard to know what to do when u havent been thru
u have to go thru a situation to learn
when u learn and that same situation arises
u already know whats coming
u r already more confident
u r already taking the first step to resolve
u r already on top
u have already overcome
only when u have learned u can overcome
only then can u grow
