I Think There's Just One Kind of Folks, Folks

by AJ Wallace   Mar 7, 2007

While you think you know the streets, Atticus has all beat
Our attempts at purity are all but feeble and weak

Now you're beginning to see from the other side of the street
Things are not always as they seem
Some people are nice, some people are mean
Chorus

Oh Boo, I' beginning to get you, After all of these years and all of these tears
I think I just might decide to lock myself in, too

Though I never fired a hateful shot, our world seems awful keen on
Killing all of our songs, and their beautiful birds, too

What difference does innocence make, with a world filled full of snakes
When a singing bird is convicted of rape, it's more than I can take

Though the town claims pure intentions
They're hypocrites, every last one
I hate stereotypers, they'e all the same

I hate stereotypers, they're all the same, the same as me and you
