Common souls

by Faust   Mar 8, 2007

A reckless knife driven through the vein
a suffering soul corrupted by emotion
a sharp rusty peace of metal cutting through veins
a suffering soul corrupted by life's punishments
know a vow in vein to the blood spilled
of a common soul, of a common boy who dreams of no more
than a single blood drop of his beloved heart
which beats no longer and no more
than a second thought of a dead girl
