I wrote a story last night.
I wrote it just for you.
I thought that if I liked it,
That maybe you would too.

Good things come to those who wait.
I have waited long enough.
Being without you this long,
Has been unbearably tough.

I'm ready for you to take it back.
I'm ready for the change.
I want it how it used to be.
I want us to be the same.

Then has hurt me so much.
I've tried and tried to forget.
Because letting them be together,
Is my biggest regret.

I feel like you have moved on.
That hurts so bad too.
