Trinitas

by robert mack   Mar 10, 2007

In the gloomy abyss, where the wretched obsess,
A siren beckons. (Anathema, self-righteousness.)
Reflect now in silence, to recognize the need,
Individual generosity shall triumph over greed.

Lifted into goodness, only heaven can foresee,
Reverence to The glory, expels hypocrisy.
Heartened in humility, mightier than the sword,
Hand in hand---courage, in touch with the Lord.

Tumult notwithstanding; tread on, the path of choice.
Yet sharing ground, in wonder, found in one small voice.
Soft! Resounding footsteps, gather gently in one union,
Manifestly, in one destiny, mystic sweet communion.
