Nothing Compares

A rose is beautiful but I know something better,
Your face brings an intoxicating sensation that last forever,
Mesmerizing like an hawaiian sunset,
More precious then a pearl on the bottom of the sea bed,
The apple of everyones eye you meet,
Sweeter then a sugar candy treat,
Never fading always permanent in my mind,
Till the day your ready I'll be waiting killing time.

    Great poem! It was very sweet with great imagery. Could have flown better, but the heartfelt words in it made it a very pleasurable read. Keep it up!

    Hey.
    I liked this because I can relate mainly =)
    I thought the ending could be re-arranged a tiny bit to make it flow better but twas still a good read.
    The images were really good & the words used helped capture the idea.
    Well done.
