I used to dream of rainbows,
And things that make me smile.
But now I dream of darkness,
And car crashes by the mile.

I used to see the positive,
And the blue sky behind the rain.
But now everything seems dull,
And full of pain.

I used to laugh at everything,
And show my smile to all.
But now I feel empty,
And don't care anymore.

I used to show my happiness,
And the sparkle in my eyes.
But now I show nothing,
And hide underneath the lies.
