Am I Safe?

by Kevin Pike   Mar 12, 2007

The heart filled
With regret from the past
Limited to only its memories
Hurtful lies
Hurry through the bleeding tunnel
Embracing one's love
For the things I never cared about
And then hold on to the weak
They don't know of such danger
The instinct of death
Will seep into the uncommon scars
Dreams fight to bring on the onslaught
I want them to make me feel wanted
Stinging the unusual human with my cursed venom
I know I'm safe from the crisis they may come
Angels shall bleed our hearts dry
Sending our love to the forever realm
