Happy Mothers Day

My Dearest Mum,

There are things in life which are so sweet,
Your smiles are my special treat,
Sadness, never a part of your life,
Nothing to you is seen as strife.

From dawn to dusk you're willing and awake,
You do these things for ours not your sake,
The spills, the tears, you're there to clean,
Our secrets and lies are always seen.

Your heart is whole and made of gold,
When times are tough, your hand I hold,
The softest touch seeps through your soul,
When life goes bad, you're in control.

There is no-one I know quite like you,
I wake up and know life is finally true,
Kept sheltered, under your angels wing,
No longer shall I sadly sing.

Your loving spirit carried through each life,
Each one all wonderful things, mother and wife,
You have showed me who I am today,
Kept it together when all begins to fray.

No words can describe how lovely you are,
Together forever, never too far,
A bond between us, secretly untold,
I love you mum, so look and behold.

All my Love
Harri
