Adoration

by Stacy   Mar 17, 2007

In the barren darkness of night,
Spirits surface from beneath.
They rove the Earth with all their might.
Leaving their graves to rot like teeth.

Carrying the pain of being caged.
Forwarding on to a field of sorrow.
Laden in a river of dreams.
With nothing else to borrow.

They're lost in those endless streams.
Twisting and turning, there's no way out.
Pain, growing and burning.
Desiring the sight of a new route.

They finally find their course.
Yearning so long for liberation,
Has led to the right source.
Their light; their adoration
