You Can't Even Hear This

by Karen   Mar 17, 2007

I know why I'm sent to live in this place we call Earth,
It's because I had to make those tears and sadness go,
Make your hurt feel like it is nothing,
And the pain will fade,
Cure the wounds in your heart,
And make sure that you are okay.

I saw you crying once again,
Alone in the darkness,
With a broken smile painted on your face,
I saw you sad as you can be,
Alone in that corner of your room.

I never should've listen to those little hurting words,
I never should've cared for myself if I knew that you'd be hurt,
I know that I just did a big mistake when I did those,
And now I just can't do more but cry and grieve for you,
The worst is that you can't even hear it.
