My Dot Named Paul

There's a spot here on my paper
I've decided to name it Paul
When I flipped over to this page
It was the first thing I saw

It's sort of a Grey-ish color
Slightly tinted green
Perhaps if you could see it
You'd know what I mean

It's really rather small
But somehow it caught my eye
And now if it were to vanish
I suppose that I would cry

It is my little dot
And it gave me something to write
And with it's inspiration
My words have reached new height

I circled it on my paper
So all who read will see
My now famous dot named Paul
Who is special to me

My paper is getting full now
But I will feel no rage
Because I know I can always flip back
And see Paul on the page.

*I got really bored in class when I saw this dot on my notebook paper. and hey, anything can be inspiring :)
