Captivating Eyes

It was a big mistake,
Never should have took it there,
Who knew his eyes could captivate,
Proceeding a very short-lived stare.

It was an unusual feeling,
Couldn't quite comprehend,
Not sure if he or others noticed a thing,
Quickly turned away, the stare was at and end.

Through a laugh,
He asks "What?"
But an answer she couldn't supply,
What would she say? was it something to deny?

His eyes were purely gorgeous,
Something she had never noticed,
To her, he now seems flawless,
And that memory has become her focus.
