Intertwined

Isn't it funny how there's two
perfectly intertwined strings that
connect two simple things together
mimicking themselves
mimicking my every glance
perfect outline to an exit
small, yet clear as glass
i know what they want
the two strings are waiting
begging to be unraveled
i color them a little
curious to the effect
just a dot, and all ready i can see
the pretty picture they will paint
