At the beginning i didn't like you
i thought you were a butt and that we all knew

and now you are like my dad
and you love me even though i can be a nag

you protect and take care of me
and you watch out for everything

sometimes i think you are my dad
because we are just alike, isn't that sad

even though we have arguments and fights
you will always love me like a daughter, right?

i am sorry for anything i have ever done
i didn't mean any of it. i swear none.

i am sorry i haven't been coming around
its just everything is going down in the ground

i am glad i have a friend that cares about me
even though he acts like he don't, everyone can see.

what i am trying to say with out getting all sad
is that i love you as my dad.
