I Hate Poetry

I hate poetry
When it just has to rhyme
You just have to make a beat
And then keep in time

No matter how hard I try
I just dont have the skill
I just get tired
Of doing that old rhyming drill

So I say to you
When you ask me why
You say, I adore poetry!
* Hmph * we know thats a lie

you just sit there all day
with a fruity heir
posing to be a poet
thinking orange has a pair

so I say to you, old friend,
for this I truly know
all poetry sucks
when you just have to make it flow
