Friends

I really did think that life was good
but i was all alone, when i finally stood.
i thought my friends would stay with me,
and i thought they really could see.
but maybe i was wrong,
and i waited a bit too long.
i waited until they all decided to leave
and now all i do is grieve.
i just want all my friends back
but maybe they all just have something i lack.
