You cut me deeper
than the jagged glass
from the broken window pane
that broke from this ear wrenching silence
i am lying here wounded
thought its not like you care
you're killing me slowly
do you enjoy to see me in so much pain
your words to me turn to ice
because your heart is so cold
the icicles of your breath
pierce any hope that i had left
let me be, before you cut me again
look at the scars you have left
i think of them as your trademark signature
each one telling a tale of how you hurt me
this heart-wrenching occurrence is making me bleed
bleeding out all of the words left unspoken
ill bleed out all the imperfections
just so maybe then you'll see me for me
maybe then the silence wont be so longly
the glass will be smooth, no longer jagged and sharp
and ill no longer bleed, bleed on this cold floor
I'm no longer yours to cut
