If only someone knew...

by Kristen   Mar 27, 2007

She opened her eyes and what did she see?
In the mirror, her enemy.
She was going through a rough time in her life.
She was a mother of two and a wonderful wife.

All of her problems led to depression.
Hating her life was her new obsession.
She always looked happy, but looks are sometimes deceiving.
Soon from this world she would be leaving.

She wanted to be gone, she wanted to get away.
She wanted to be dead, she wanted to die that day.
So she went to her room and pulled out a gun.
Soon enough her deed would be done.

Sometime that night, this young woman died.
Her pain and depression cannot now be denied.
She was in trouble and nobody knew.
Maybe if someone had asked, they might have had a clue.
