Unnamed

Sometimes her heart lies to her soul
always there but never really whole
the cold seeps from beneath her skin
revealing what was trapped with in
they turn their heads pretending it isn't there
but she was silently screaming for someone to care.
lost and alone inside her own mind
grief and emptiness have intertwined
she searches for life
something away from her fate
a vision of fear faced to just wait
wanting more than hate and pain
forever destined to live in vain
