Mistress of an Old Man

by Erikah   Mar 30, 2007

I walked in the police station
bold as I'd ever be
I'd tell them exactly
Exactly what had happened to me

But i was afraid of what they'd say
because of how i look
they'd say "no ma'am"
"I think i may have misunderstood"

I walked to the front desk
and asked for the detective
my heart raced as i stood waiting
Like i was being hold captive

A man with a beard
walked up to me and said "Hey Miss..."
"You looked like you been through hell"
Naw, i thought, just the same ole bliss

I opened my mouth
to tell him what I'd done
he listened with one eyebrow raised
but to me, he read caution

I finally let go
and told him the truth
that i was the mistress
of an old man named "Blue"

I'd excited him too much
and he'd died from the cause
he looked somewhat
like the old Santa Clause

I'd put him in the trunk
Where he was fully undressed
the detective looked at me like a fool
like he wanted a request

I looked at him with a grin
told him my name was Anne
That I'd fulfill his fantasies
But i warned him, since he was an old man.
